You'll love this ground-beef-recipes easy to make, easy to clean up

One of my favorite ground-beef-recipes is the Foil Dinner. When I was a little camper, we made these all the time. They're easy and fast.

foil dinner

assembling foil dinner Place an 18" rectangle piece of foil down and mentally divide the rectangle into three sections. Your ingredients will mostly go in the center section. Place your ground beef first and season with salt and pepper. Then lay sliced potatoes and salt again.

Next, place carotts, onions, and peppers.

folding a foil dinner Pull the two long edges up over the dinner and fold twice to make a heat seal. This also holds in the delicious juices.

sealing a foil dinner Angle in the ends as you would when wrapping a present, then fold the foil over and over till you reach the dinner. Then wrap a second layer of foil exactly the same way as the first.

tin foil dinner Bury dinners in hot coals for 20 minutes. Keep flame away from dinners to prevent burning. Use caution when working around an open fire especially with children.

We like to eat our dinners right out of the foil pouch with a plastic fork. Yummy!

We also like to make these at home too. We do everything the same except we cook them on our barbeque grill 15 minutes each side.
