There are many sweet-bread-recipes that can be baked while camping. This particular one is called,
Dutch Oven Orange-Cinnamon Rolls
You'll need: Charcoal, Charcoal chimney, lighter fluid, matches, aluminum foil, 8 or 10 inch Dutch oven, 4-5 canning jar rings, 1 pkg of Pillsbury Orange Cinnamon Rolls
Step 1: Place approximately 25 charcoal briquettes in the chimney and spraying lighter fluid on them for three seconds. Let sit for 5 minutes before lighting. Light the brickettes and let burn for 10-15 minutes until white ash begins to cover them.
Step 2: While the charcoal burns down, place 4-5 canning jar rings in the bottom of the oven and line with aluminum foil. Open the rolls and arrange in the Dutch oven. Cover with lid.
Step 3: Dump the prepared charcoal out onto an appropriate burning area. Using tongs or a shovel, place 10 brickettes in a circle.
Step 4: Place the Dutch oven on top of the brickettes. Then place 15 brickettes on top of the oven. Let sit for 15 minutes then check the rolls for doneness. Push apart the rolls to check for dry not doughy.
Step 5: When the rolls have browned nicely and they smell irrestitable, pull them off of the heat. Carefully pull the foil out of the oven. Place it on a heat resistant surface and frost with the included frosting packet.
