Using tents-for-camping
Using tents-for-camping is an age old method. Tent camping usually involves a campground or campsite. It is the easiest form of camping in my opinion. It doesn't cost very much and is easily accessible to most people.

Tent camping can be done just about anywhere, however, most people like to use designated campgrounds or a favorite campsite.
An advantage to tent camping is that your car or truck is parked at your campsite. You don't have to hike in on a trail or haul heavy equipment for long distances. It is all within a few paces reach.
It is easy to relax while tent camping. If you realize that you've forgotten to bring something important, there is generally a convenience store of some kind nearby to assist you. We always find ourselves going on 'pop runs' to the Quick Mart because we never seem to bring enough.
Another advantage of using tents-for-camping is that there is usually a fire pit and picnic table included with your campsite and public restrooms nearby. Most campgrounds have water spigots near each campsite and sometimes electrical hookups.
Most campgrounds that I've ever been to are located near some scenic attraction or location, such as a lake or river. This helps if your intention is to go fishing on your camping adventure.
My favorite spots are the kind that are built around a lake. Each spot has its own lake front for fishing and washing up. I also like to camp where the area is more secluded either by a lot of trees or distance.
Some people like to venture out into the wild to camp. They like to find spots where their vehicle can still be located near the campsite. They make their own fire pits and outhouse accommodations. Sometimes its just worth the extra effort to ensure a little seclusion.
In the photo above you see 2 of my children and my husband. My kids are now teenagers and we have a third one who is 8 years old. Camping has been a part of our lives every year of our 18 married years.
Notice the fire in the bottom left corner. We used cinder blocks to hold up the cooking rack and we were cooking hamburgers and boiling water for Velveeta Shells and Cheese(one of our camping favorites). The kids are roasting their hot dogs on freshly cut green willow sticks.
There is a small work surface behind, made up of cinder blocks and wood planks. Sometimes you just use what is available at the time.
Our tent is pitched to the right of the photo, just out of view, with our vehicle parked next to it. By parking next to our tent, we can leave items in our car that we don't need.
Check out the log chair in the background of this photo. It is fashioned completely out of logs. Very rustic. My son is tending to the fire.
Using tents-for-camping is the most common way to camp. You'll find it is easy to relax and de-stress you life when you are out in nature.
